1. Commercial Usage Rights

LogoImagined grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the logos you generate for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. This includes marketing, merchandise, advertising, and corporate identity.

2. User Responsibility

While our Logo AI Maker strives for unique results, you are responsible for ensuring that your final brand name and assets do not infringe on existing trademarks. We recommend a legal trademark check before finalizing any major brand launch.

3. Service Availability

During our Beta phase, the service is provided "as is". We aim for 99.9% uptime but may perform maintenance on our GPU clusters that could cause localized downtime.

4. Proper Usage

Users are prohibited from using the Logo AI Maker to generate offensive, harmful, or illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these ethical branding guidelines.
